The RiteScreen Company, LLC Acquires Florida Screen Enterprises
The RiteScreen Company, LLC, the largest independent supplier of fabricated screens for North American window, door, and commercial markets, has successfully completed the acquisition of Florida Screen Enterprises of Opa-locka, Florida. The announcement was made jointly by Randy Iles, CEO of RiteScreen, and Jeffrey Ogron, President of Florida Screen Enterprises.
Iles noted, “We are very pleased to welcome the Florida Screen team to the RiteScreen family. Our strategy is to grow by providing outstanding screen solutions for our window and door manufacturing customers. Florida Screen provides us a well-established base in one of the fastest growing window and door markets in the United States. We plan to build on that base to provide new screen out-sourcing options to manufacturers in the Southeast, while continuing to expand the product portfolio of screen components that has been the hallmark of Florida Screen since it was established in 1972.”
Jeffrey Ogron commented, “Over the past several months I have been actively working on new ownership for Florida Screen Enterprises. Important in that search was to find a potential buyer who shared our commitment to satisfying customers we have been serving since 1972, and who valued the contributions of our team. I am pleased that Florida Screen Enterprises will soon become part of The RiteScreen Company, LLC.”
RiteScreen was founded in 1947. With this acquisition, RiteScreen now serves its customers through seven plant locations across the United States.
