RiteScreen Announces the Appointment of Edwin Aquino


Elizabethville, PA – July 26, 2018 – The RiteScreen Company, LLC is delighted to announce that Edwin Aquino has joined the team to facilitate the Inside Sales Customer Experience.

Edwin is an accomplished and visionary leader with more than 15 years of experience driving business growth and profitability. Prior to joining RiteScreen, Edwin served as President of Anderson Research International, where he directed all aspects of full-service marketing research consulting firm providing syndicated consumer research
products through an integrated process that combines tested scientific research methodologies with innovation in modern application.

Edwin earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing at InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico and is certified as both a Certified Marketing Executive (CME) and Sales & Marketing Executive International Association (SMEI).

RiteScreen Announces the Appointment of Teal Gaylord as Vice President – Human Resources


Elizabethville, PA – June 5, 2018 – The RiteScreen Company, LLC is delighted to announce that Teal Gaylord, SPR, PMP has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Human Resources, effective today.

Gaylord joins RiteScreen following her role as Director of Human Resources for Vitro Architectural Glass (formerly PPG Glass), North America’s largest glass producer.  At Vitro she implemented a highly successful recruiting and staffing strategy.  Teal also designed and implemented a LEAN training program strategy for Vitro Carlisle. Her career in Human Resources has been highlighted by exceptional leadership, developing employees in growing businesses and creating LEAN cultures that deliver value to customers.

Teal earned her Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Cortland and Master’s degrees in Technical and Professional Communications and Project Management from Southern Polytechnic State University and Boston University respectively.

Robert Scott Joins RiteScreen as Marketing Manager


Elizabethville, PA – March 6, 2018 Chris Seebode, VP of Sales, has announced the addition of Robert Scott to the RiteScreen marketing team. Robert will serve as Marketing Manager and will work closely with each of RiteScreen’s seven locations. Prior to joining RiteScreen, Robert worked with clients in government, higher education, and food and beverage.


Tony Oliver Joins RiteScreen as Directors of Sales


Elizabethville, PA – March 6, 2018 Chris Seebode, VP of Sales, has announced the addition of Tony Oliver to the RiteScreen sales team. Tony will serve as a Director of Sales covering the West Region. Tony comes to RiteScreen with more than 25 years of Sales and Management experience.

Tony resides in Southern California and will have direct responsibility for accounts in CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT, MT, and ID. Tony will report to VP of Sales, Chris Seebode, who stated, “We are excited to extend our sales team to the west in support of our expanded capacity that we have recently built in our Rancho Cucamonga facility.”


RiteScreen Announces the Appointment of Tom Himmel as CEO and Retirement of Randy Iles


Elizabethville, PA – December 1, 2017 – The RiteScreen Company, LLC is delighted to announce that Tom Himmel has been appointed as the CEO of the company effective today.  Also, after 44 years in the building products industry, Randy Iles announces his retirement as the CEO of the company.  Iles has successfully led RiteScreen since its acquisition in 2014 by Seven Point Equity Partners.

Iles commented, “It has been my great honor and privilege to lead the RiteScreen team. Together, we have built a very strong company. Our newly deployed product and service strategy has dramatically increased our customer base, many of whom are outsourcing their window and door screen requirements for the first time.  The number of growth options now available to us in the coming years has led me to conclude this was the right time to pass the baton to a new CEO who will write the next chapters of the RiteScreen story.”

Tom Burchill, Managing Partner of Seven Point Equity Partners, said, “Randy’s decision to retire is bittersweet as we consider the significant accomplishments made by the RiteScreen team under his leadership. Those accomplishments and the company’s strong performance afforded us the opportunity to conduct a thorough and effective transition process.  We are delighted to have Tom Himmel succeed Randy as CEO, and are also grateful Randy will continue to support our future success as Senior Advisor to the RiteScreen Board of Directors.”  Iles also will continue as an Operating Partner of Seven Point Equity Partners.

Himmel joins RiteScreen following his role as Vice President Americas and Engineered Foams for Armacell LLC, the world’s foremost supplier of flexible foam insulation for the equipment insulation market. The performance of his business unit drove significant value creation for Armacell, which was recently acquired by an affiliate of Blackstone’s private equity group.  His 26-year career in the building products and chemical manufacturing sectors has been highlighted by exceptional leadership in growing businesses and delivering compelling value to industrial customers.  He earned his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Villanova University and an MBA degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Himmel shared, “I am joining a great team at RiteScreen who shares my passion for rolling up our sleeves to serve our customers’ needs. I look forward to building on the strong foundation Randy and the team put in place, serving the needs of our customers, and together exploring new opportunities to help our partners deliver value to their customers.”


RiteScreen Welcomes PA Senator John DiSanto


Elizabethville, PA – November 27, 2017 – On Tuesday, November 21, PA Senator John DiSanto visited RiteScreen at the Elizabethville facility. Senator DiSanto and his Chief of Staff, Chuck Erdman, met with Randy Iles, CEO, and John Keller, Senior VP Operations & Supply Chain, and then toured the plant.  John Keller and Mike Silks, Plant Manager, gave Senator DiSanto a tour to discuss the screen making process and the Lean manufacturing initiatives that were implemented over the last few years.

Senator DiSanto serves the 15th Senatorial District which includes Dauphin and Perry counties.

RiteScreen Enjoys Busy GlassBuild 2017 Show


Atlanta, GA – September 19, 2017 – Despite the severe impact of Hurricane Irma on the Southeast, RiteScreen had a very successful GlassBuild Show in Atlanta on September 12 – 14, 2017.

VP of Sales, Chris Seebode, commented “while overall attendance was noticeably down, we were impressed that the window and door companies that made it to the show were there to find solutions to improve their business. We stayed busy all three days, exploring opportunities with companies considering outsourcing screens for the first time.  Our booth was set up to demonstrate how we get the right assembled screen to the shop floor when needed and at lower cost than keeping it in-house”.

A fun challenge was a $50 bill as the prize to anyone who could complete a finished screen faster than one of the RiteScreen’s skilled craftsman, Bryce Harman.  Bryce finished the show undefeated.


RiteScreen Plant in Miami Fully Operational


Miami, FL – September 14, 2017 – Challenged by Hurricane Irma, RiteScreen re-established full operations at the Miami plant as soon as local Emergency Services approved access.

John Keller, Sr. VP Operations and Supply, said “the plant closed ahead of the anticipated mandatory evacuation to allow our associates to tend to their families and to secure our plant and equipment following a detailed storm planning procedure.”

He noted, “I am really pleased that all of our team came through this extraordinary storm in good health. Our planning paid off as our plant and equipment was unscathed.  As a result, our customers were able to count on RiteScreen as soon as their own businesses reopened.”


RiteScreen Participates in Business and Industry Day


Elizabethville, PA – August 18, 2017 –  As part of the Elizabethville Bicentennial Business and Industry Day, RiteScreen opened their doors to the public. On Friday, August 18th, visitors were offered plant tours and enjoyed refreshments while learning about the history of the company.  Approximately 100 people toured the facility throughout the day.

Those attending were very interested with the screen process and impressed with the volume of product manufactured and shipped from this local facility.  Many stated that they greatly appreciate RiteScreen’s contribution to the community.

Aaron Milligan and Jim Gogolewski Join RiteScreen as Directors of Sales


Elizabethville, PA – July 10, 2017 – Chris Seebode, VP of Sales, has announced the further expansion of the RiteScreen sales organization with the appointments of Aaron Milligan and Jim Gogolewski as Directors of Sales.

Milligan will be based in Florida. Seebode said, “Our acquisition of our plant in Miami, with its complete overhaul of systems and operation, has enabled us to offer RiteScreen quality and responsiveness to the Florida market.  Aaron Milligan’s assignment is the next step in our commitment to be Florida’s home team screen solution partner”.

Aaron Milligan brings over 12 years of window and door business experience. His sales responsibilities include the states of FL, AL, MS and LA.

Jim Gogolewski is based in Wisconsin and will serve customers in WI, MN, SD, ND, IL, IA and NE. He joins RiteScreen with over 22 years of window and door industry experience.

“Jim’s assignment completes our transition to a 100% direct sales and service model with all OEM window and door manufacturers in the US,” noted Seebode.

Both appointments are effective today.

Merrill, WI – June 21, 2017 – Greenheck, the leading supplier of air movement and control equipment for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings, has named RiteScreen as the recipient of their prestigious Elite Supplier Award for 2017. This is the fifth consecutive year RiteScreen has been honored for outstanding service and support.

Greenheck, a global provider headquartered in Schofield, WI, was recently named 2016 Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year. RiteScreen assembles custom engineered protective screens for exterior ventilation equipment.

The award was presented to Pete Nygaard, Plant Manager for RiteScreen’s Merrill, WI operation, who commented “I have a great team of folks who really care about meeting our customer’s expectations. RiteScreen Launching All New “GenExt” Aluminum Extrusions


Elizabethville, PA – January 15, 2017 – RiteScreen has designed and launched an entirely new line of extruded window screen profiles. The “GenExt” extrusion may be utilized as part of RiteScreen’s component program or as a fully assembled product.

GenExt extrusion has been designed with interior spline and a wide range of attachment alternatives, including a locking option suitable for most double hung windows. RiteScreen stocks the most common option and colors and, with 7 strategic factories, is able to service window manufacturers throughout the United States.

RiteScreen Introduces New Screen Component Program with Unique “Insurance Policy”


Elizabethville, PA – January 2017 – RiteScreen has announced it is now marketing a broad range of screen assembly components to OEM window and patio door manufacturers as part of the “Trust Us to be Your Total Screen Solution” program. Including frame profiles, corner keys, spline, attachment hardware, and screen cloth, it enables manufacturers who choose to assemble some or all of their screens in house to single source a completely engineered and color matched screen design.

Chris Seebode, VP Sales, said, “We take great pride in our screen expertise. We felt it important to assist our customers in any way we can with their screen solutions, even if they are not yet ready to explore outsourcing their assembled screens to us”.

Mark Gwozdz and Steve Middleton Join RiteScreen as Directors of Sales


Elizabethville, PA – November 11, 2016 Chris Seebode, VP of Sales, has announced an expansion of the RiteScreen sales with the appointment of two industry veterans.

Mark Gwozdz has joined RiteScreen as Director of Sales covering the Northeast region. Mark comes to RiteScreen with more than 22 years of experience in the window and door business.  Mark resides in Massachusetts and will have direct responsibility for accounts in MI, OH, MD, DE, IN, NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, ME, VT, MA, WV and PA.

Steve Middleton has joined RiteScreen as Director of Sales for the West and Central region of the US.  Steve comes with more than 20 years’ experience in the window and door business and currently lives in Texas. Steve will have responsibility for sales in TX, OK, NM, AZ, CA.

Both will report to VP of Sales, Chris Seebode, who commented, “Mark and Steve join us at an exciting time. We are just launching our new screen component offering, and a new family of extruded screen solutions”.


Richard M. Wileczek Joins RiteScreen as Chief Financial Officer


Elizabethville, PA – November 9, 2016 In recognition of the significant changes being made to accelerate RiteScreen’s growth and strengthen the creation and deployment of assets, a new role of Chief Financial Officer has been added to the Leadership Team.

Richard M. Wileczek joins RiteScreen with over 31 years of senior financial leadership and general management of highly responsive technical services and industrial manufacturing organizations. “The strong background in Lean management principles compliments our commitment to continuous improvement in all functions in our business” noted CEO, Randy Iles, as Rich was welcomed to the team.

He will be based at RiteScreen’s Elizabethville headquarters.

The RiteScreen Company, LLC Acquires Florida Screen Enterprises


Elizabethville, PA – October 19, 2015 – The RiteScreen Company, LLC, the largest independent supplier of fabricated screens for North American window, door, and commercial markets, has successfully completed the acquisition of Florida Screen Enterprises of Opa-locka, Florida. The announcement was made jointly by Randy Iles, CEO of RiteScreen, and Jeffrey Ogron, President of Florida Screen Enterprises.

Iles noted, “We are very pleased to welcome the Florida Screen team to the RiteScreen family. Our strategy is to grow by providing outstanding screen solutions for our window and door manufacturing customers. Florida Screen provides us a well-established base in one of the fastest growing window and door markets in the United States. We plan to build on that base to provide new screen out-sourcing options to manufacturers in the Southeast, while continuing to expand the product portfolio of screen components that has been the hallmark of Florida Screen since it was established in 1972.”

Jeffrey Ogron commented, “Over the past several months I have been actively working on new ownership for Florida Screen Enterprises. John Keller Joins RiteScreen as Senior VP, Operations & Supply Chain


Elizabethville, PA – August 1, 2014 – RiteScreen welcomes industry veteran, John Keller, to the RiteScreen Leadership team as Senior Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain. Previously, John held the senior operating responsibility for one of the largest vinyl window manufacturers in North America.  Prior to that, John was Division President for the leading distributor of office furniture and supplies.

John will be headquartered in Elizabethville and responsible for each of six screen assembly plants.


Seven Point Equity Partners Acquires RiteScreen


Elizabethville, PA – June 17, 2014 – Seven Point Equity Partners, LLC, a leading investment firm in the building materials sector, has acquired The RiteScreen Company from J.T. Walker Industries, creating the largest standalone supplier of fabricated screens for North American window, door and commercial ventilation markets. RiteScreen will continue to be headquartered in Elizabethville, PA.  Seven Point Operating Partner, Randy Iles, who is also former president of Pella Corporation’s Entry Systems Division and former CEO of Andersen Corporation’s Silver Line business unit, has joined RiteScreen as CEO and will serve on the board of directors.
